The best part was definitely the breakfast and Jeff’s chocolate chip cookies, all of the food was to die for. Beth and Jeff, the proprietors, have the personalities for the job. They are friendly and kind, but not intrusive. Their home is immaculate, and I appreciated the added touches such as fresh flowers, water and wonderful snacks. The breakfasts are fabulous! They not only know how to cook, but also take care to gather beautiful ingredients. The fruit salad stands out because the fruits were ripe, sweet and delicious! The made from scratch blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup made our day. You will not go hungry as portions are very generous. We had great conversations with other guests and enjoyed our entire experience. I highly recommend this home away from home.”

“This was our first time ever staying at and BnB and it was a great experience, and something we would definitely do again. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to feel comfortable with the space and freedom we’d get at any hotel or BnB, where hosts are not on sight. Everything was very clean and tidy. The breakfast experience made the decision to stay here even more affirmed for us. Delicious home cooked meal, beautifully plated, and wonderful service. “I highly enjoyed my time at Beth's house. The decor was great and had a lot of personal touches. Further, my room was just big enough for my needs, and I found the bed very comfortable to sleep in. I could also talk to both her and her husband easily. However, what I think set them apart from everyone else was the food. Each morning, they offered to make me breakfast, and while I was unable to join them on Friday, I was able to do so on Saturday. All of the food was incredibly delicious for breakfast, in addition to the home-made cookies as a snack! I would recommend their home to anyone visiting Lake Geneva. I have nothing but good to say about my stay.”

“We stayed here for one night since we were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect and free parking was an added benefit. The room and bathroom were very clean and the hosts were very nice. The breakfast was the best part - a hearty home cooked breakfast was just what we needed after the wedding celebrations :)!!! Every time I am in a gift shop I will be noticing from now on! I loved “The Hive” and my shower was terrific. Comfy big bed and plenty of covers so I could enjoy some cool air from the window by the screen porch. I am not sure how any room or home can be so clean… I felt like I was the only person who had been there. The fire pit was great, Jeff.
